I’ve been hiring for two days and I have 7 cleaners. Sending two on test cleans already next week. It was really easy I just copied and pasted MJs messages on care.com. Two of them used to have their own business 🥳 🥳

Thumbtack has been popping!
So far this month we have gained 20 new recurring clients just from Thumbtack. Definitely don’t overlook the potential of that platform! I know it can be costly but if you adjust your ads to only accepting RECURRING leads it is WELL worth the ad spend!
